Refund Policy for Flowers with Devotion

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best quality flowers and services. Please review our refund policy below:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Should you need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Flowers With Devotion 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
